I had big plans for my Monday
My ambition for my day did not foresee Abi in tears by 7:30 am and completely unable to move from neck pain. (Lesson learned the hard way....cartwheels on a wood floor are a bad idea)
The schedule Id carefully calculated did not include carting all 5 of my little ones all over kingdom come.
I didnt anticipate and pack enough books and snacks and diapers and come prepared to entertain my crew for 6 hours of sitting in 3 different waiting rooms.
My plans were not to end up in Urgent Care with Abi getting 5 x-rays to check for neck and spine injuries.
The Monday I had carefully scheduled didnt go as planned.
But this evening as we all collapsed on the couch, exhausted from a nap-less afternoon, we watched the storm roll in. He gave me the hug I needed. The promise He had not forgotten and that His day had a silver lining.

Poor baby! I hope she feels better soon and didn't do any permanant damage!
Ugh, I hate it when my day doesn't go as planned. Hopefully she feels better soon!
Hey I don't know if you realize this, but a lot of letters in your post were randomly bolded. Just sayin'
Poor Abi! I hope everything turned out ok. I can just imagine watching you and your crew in the waiting room. I'm sure you all made everyone there smile. :)
I saw that rainbow Monday too...beautiful!
Love this!
