My Winning Numbers

If I were a betting woman, Id select a lotto ticket with these numbers...
3, 1, 2000, 6, 10, 2
Except that, 3 kids, 1 nursing baby, 2000 miles traveling through 6 states in 10 days attending 2 weddings doesnt exactly sounds like a recipe for good luck.
"What a trip"....literally!
This little one has been a trooper and has handled 10 hour days in the car so well.  So special to get to meet a ton of family members who all gathered last weekend in Ohio for C's cousins wedding (at which I forgot my camera...bummer)!!
The girls and I spent the day with C's mom and sister yesterday galavanting around Buffalo NY while C was in meetings.  We drove up Niagara and spent a couple awe-inspring hours walking around the falls.
There was this amazing huge rainbow through the mist as we overlooked the majestic falls.  Rainbows always speak to me of His presence and beauty through creation.  Truly incredible.
Izzy is such a stinker.  This girl who we cant get to go our in our tame lake on the speed boat, was cross at me that I wouldnt take her down, poncho clad, to ride the Maid of the Mist through the Niagara Falls.
She slept through our stroll around the falls and will never remember it, but here's Gigi-girl....a mere 2 1/2 months old, doing her northeastern US tour...in Mommy's kangaroo pouch.
We've got a down day in Buffalo today before we head back to rendezvous with the big kids for the next family wedding this coming weekend.
We had a great day playing with Auntie Rebecca, but I think the girls were slightly disappointed.  They've been asking incessantly where the buffalo are.  Think they were picturing free range buffalo were going to be everywhere....and this was all we could find:)

I am just going to miss you! I fly into Buffalo on Sunday. So sad - it would have been so fun to finally see you and meet all your little ones. Can't believe it's been 10 years. I love reading about your beautiful life.
